This notification is a friendly reminder of the retirement of the “underscore” email addresses, i.e. Currently, we have been using both the “dot” and the “underscore” to allow our users ample time to update contacts, newsletters, and other important email lists.
The retirement will be occurring as your division migrates to Outlook with Office 365 for email. To be prepared for this change, please notify your contacts, update your subscriptions and change your account information to

If your address is stored in your copier for scanning with the underscore, this will also need to be updated to the dot.

Active Directory passwords will now sync to IBM Notes/Domino, simplifying the number of passwords we all have to remember. Active Directory (AD) is what controls access to computer resources. For many of us, we use our AD logins for our computers, TSAMM, Citrix, Office 365, Ceridian, etc. Now, when you change your AD password, your IBM Notes/Domino passwords will change to match shortly afterwards. This sync will only occur when you change your Active Directory password.
